Agile project management
Agile project management (APM) is an iterative approach to project management that focuses
on breaking down large projects into more manageable tasks, which are completed in short
iterations throughout the project life cycle. Also APM focuses on managing the changes and
considers that requirements are constantly changing and Teams should be able to be agile
about it.
APM generally focuses on simplifying and visualizing processes. An Agile board is a visual framework to
display the work items moving between production steps or process steps. in an agile board cards
represent work items and columns represent each step.
Depending on what resources you focus on, there are different methodologies for implementing agile. If
you focus on time, you will use the Scrum and If your focus is on other project resources, the Kanban
method is recommended.
Scrum is an agile methodology for developing, delivering, and maintaining products in a complex
environment. It allows teams to build products iteratively & incrementally and respond to changes
effectively, quickly, and efficiently.
Kanban aims at creating a visual process framework to build products faster by limiting work in progress
(WIP).
In this system, there are online tools for implementing both methods (Scrum and Kanban), and each is introduced as a Separate product.
